The story
Studying the operation first.
Before writing code, LLedac studied how Wave Swim School actually runs: how students enrol, how terms and classes are scheduled, how instructors are assigned, how attendance is captured at the pool, and how parents are kept informed.
The old workflow lived in disconnected tools — spreadsheets, message threads, paper registers and separate calendars. Every enrolment, reschedule or payment meant re-entering the same information in several places, and no one had a complete picture.
Building around custom requirements.
The platform was designed around Wave's specific structure — branches, terms, class levels, instructor rosters and swimmer progressions — rather than forcing the school into an off-the-shelf mould. Role-based access gives administrators, instructors and staff exactly the tools their job needs, and reporting draws on one shared set of records.
